Since the year 2000, we have acquired over 30 businesses and are one of the top industry leaders in alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage distribution. I am proud to say that we have achieved growth for our employees, suppliers and retailers for 20+ consecutive years.

Phil Meacham
President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, Phil has been a part of Glazer’s since 1999 and is responsible for the overall sales and financial performance of the Company including acquisition growth. He reports directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
​
Phil is a CPA with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University.
​
Phil has 3 daughters and enjoys golf and hunting.
Will Herrin
Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations
As Vice President of Sales and Operations at Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, Will leads a team of professionals specializing in all aspects of warehousing, delivery, safety, route planning, and fleet and facilities management.
​
​Prior to GBB, Will spent 17 years with Legacy Glazer’s in various sales leadership roles finally culminating in his time as Vice President Sales & Operations for Arkansas and Louisiana. Before that, Will worked as a Registered Representative for Prudential Securities, Inc. Will earned a BS in Organizational Management from John Brown University.
​
Will resides in Plano, TX with his wife, April. He spends free time cycling and beating the Texas heat in the swimming pool.

Jonathan Lee
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources at Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, Jonathan collaborates with his GBB colleagues to establish, implement, and improve people strategies and processes.
​
Prior to joining GBB, Jonathan held HR executive roles at a variety of industries spanning over 20 years. His previous roles include stops at M&M Manufacturing (a Berkshire Hathaway operating company), Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Lennox International, Carrier Enterprise, and Alliance Data (now Bread Financial). Jonathan earned his BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and his MBA from Regis University in Denver, CO.
​
Jonathan resides in Plano, TX with his wife and has two grown children. He spends his free time running, doing Orange Theory and spending time with friends.

David White
Vice President of Chain Accounts
As Vice President of National Accounts at Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, David oversees all of the National Accounts needs of the organization, ensuring engagement with GBB suppliers National Account teams and Chain Account Retailers for GBB Texas.
​
Prior to joining GBB, David spent 20 years at MillerCoors with his last role being HEB Team Lead. David earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from University of Tennessee at Martin and studied Business at Shelby State University.
​
David resides in New Braunfels, TX with his wife of 28 years, Caren and their 16 year old son Hugh. He spends free time watching Hugh pursue his passion of baseball and enjoys watching Tennessee Volunteer sports.

Darby Carmichael
Vice President and General Manager of
Jumbo Beverages
As Vice President / General Manager of Jumbo Beverages, Darby oversees all day-to-day Sales and Operations functions at Jumbo, as well as assist with current and new Non Alc. business relationships within GBB territories.
​
Prior to joining GBB, Darby spent 5 years as Vice President at KC Distributing. Darby earned a Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.
​
Darby resides in Prosper, Texas with his wife, Julie, of 25 years and his 2 sons, Braden and Easton. He spends free time traveling and following his sons and their baseball careers.
Matthew Johnson
Vice President of Sales and Operations, Arkansas and Louisiana
As Vice President Sales & Operations at Glazer’s Beer and Beverage, Matt is responsible for Employee Development and Sales and Operational performance across 5 branches, 4 states and more than 400 valued Team members. Matt's "Culture of Winning" philosophy encourages talented and diverse team members to excel and grow professionally.
Matt started his career in the beer industry as a merchandiser, working his way through college at Missouri State in Springfield, MO, where he earned his MBA. Since 2013, Matt has held several Leadership positions such as a Board Member for the Wholesale Beer Distributor’s of Arkansas, and various Leadership roles at the branch level, such as General Manager at Glazer’s Beer and Beverages’ third largest business unit GBB-Arkansas.
Matt lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
Sheldon Stein
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stein, also known as Shelly, is Chief Executive Officer of Glazer’s Beer & Beverage.
​
Prior to joining Glazer's in 2010, Shelly was a Vice Chairman of Global Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and previously was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. for over 20 years. Shelly received his BA from Brandeis University and his JD from Harvard Law School. Shelly is also a General Partner of Gefen Capital, an Israeli-based venture capital group.
​
Shelly has three married sons, and he enjoys golf and tennis.
Orman Anderson
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Glazer's Beer & Beverage, Orman oversees finance and accounting, IT, real estate, tax & aviation.
​
​Prior to joining GBB, Orman spent 15 years in investment banking at JP Morgan & Bear Stearns and served as a CPA at Pricewaterhouse. Orman earned an accounting degree from BYU and received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
​
Orman currently resides in Dallas, TX. He spends his free time outdoors, specifically enjoying activities such as mountain biking, camping and fishing.When Orman isn’t busy outdoors, you’ll find him cheering on his favorite football teams.
Angela Lilly
Vice President of General Counsel
As Vice President and General Counsel at Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, Angela leads legal operations at GBB and serves as GBB’s primary legal advisor.
​
Prior to joining GBB, Angela spent 3 years as Associate Counsel of Glazer’s, Inc. and, prior to that, spent 8 year in private practice at Haynes and Boone, LLP. Angela earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Angela resides in Richardson, Texas with her husband and has two grown daughters. She spends her free time traveling, playing golf, and reading.
Aaron Cunningham
Vice President of IT
As Vice President of IT at Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, Aaron is responsible for overseeing all technology needs of the organization, ensuring critical systems are secure and available, and providing strategic direction and leadership to his team.
​
Aaron has worked for the Glazer family of companies for the past 16 years in a variety of roles within the Information Technology department. Prior to that, Aaron worked in technology roles for McKesson Healthcare and Vartec Telecom.
​
Aaron resides in Waxahachie, Texas with his wife, two daughters and son. In his free time, you can find him at the local CrossFit box knocking out a WOD or spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
Carla Zuniga
Vice President and Controller
As Vice President and Controller at Glazer’s Beer and Beverage, Carla is responsible for overseeing accounting operations to protect the assets of the company, provide status of financial condition, and guide and develop the accounting team.
​
Carla has enjoyed 23 years of service to the Glazer’s companies in various finance and IT roles. Carla earned a BS in Accounting from Missouri State University, graduating Cum Laude from the Honors College and is a CPA, licensed in Indiana.
​
Carla resides in Plano, TX with her husband and two very active daughters. In her free time, she can be found at Zumba class or watching/coaching her girls play various sports.
As Vice President of Non and Alternative Alcohol beverages at Glazer’s Beer and Beverage, Ryan is responsible for maintaining supplier relationships along with vetting and acquistion new brands in this category. Ryan also works with our local teams to plan their NA/AA businesses and determine responsible go to market and execution strategies.
​
Ryan has been with Glazer’s Beer & Beverage for 14 year and served in various roles, including VP of Business Strategy and Performance and VP of Sales and Operations for our west Texas region. Ryan has a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas as well as an MBA, with concentration in Strategic Management and Finance, also from the University of North Texas.
​
In his spare time, Ryan can be found running kids around to practices and games. If not, you might spot him at the golf course or the gym.

Jeff Saenz
Vice President of Sales and Operations,
South Texas
As Vice President Sales & Operations at Glazer’s Beer and Beverage, Jeff is responsible for overseeing Texas branches, directing branch leaders on all sales and operation’s execution, activities, efficiencies, goals and objectives. Jeff prides himself on creating a culture that allows employees to enjoy employment and be successful, and developing strong productive relationships with all supplier partners.
​
Jeff has enjoyed 29 years of service to the Glazer’s companies in various Senior Leadership roles. Most recently, Jeff enjoyed leading our S.TX branches as VP Sales & Operations. As VP of Training and Employee Development, Jeff created a blueprint for manager and employee training modules. Lastly Jeff lead Louisiana, Kansas and Iowa locations as Senior Director, Sales and Operations.
​
Jeff resides in San Antonio, TX. with his wife and youngest daughter. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors hunting and fishing with family and friends.
Adrian Leal
Vice President and General Manager of
McAllen Branch
As Vice President and General Manager, Adrian is responsible for providing strategic direction to a talented team who oversees the sales, operations, supply chain, and administrative functions of our Rio Grande Valley branch. Adrian believes in fostering a culture of high performance where hard work, integrity, collaboration, and delivering results is at the heart of everything we do.
Adrian has been part of the Glazer’s since 2013. He has served as Marketing Innovations Manager and Director of Business Strategy and Performance. Prior to joining GBB Adrian has worked at RSC Equipment Rental, and GE Equipment Services. Adrian earned his BBA in Management and MBA from the University of Texas Pan American.
Adrian resides in South Texas with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys traveling, wood working, and spending time with family.
